Gonzaga Bulldogs
Formally known as the "Fighting Irish," The Gonzaga Bulldogs, or the "Zags" as they are unofficially known, are members of the West Coast Conference.
Men's basketball has been the most successful sport for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs have established a reputation as one of the stronger teams in college basketball, having played in fifteen consecutive NCAA tournaments and ascending to the #1 ranking in both major polls during the 2012-13 season.
Since the 1999-2000 season, Gonzaga is riding an impressive, 16 consecutive years in the NCAA tournament, including 14 regular season West Coast Conference Championships, and 12 West Coast Conference Tournament Championships.
